Formula 1 exhibition in Vienna
Experience the fascination of motorsport
Take the opportunity and visit the international Formula 1 exhibition – following its world premiere in Madrid – from 2 February 2024 to 26 June 2024 in Vienna!
Our colleague Marina visited the exhibition and was thrilled!
According to her, the Formula 1 exhibition is undoubtedly a fantastic experience that will make the hearts of Formula 1 fans beat faster. From the early days of motorsport to modern racing cars, the entire development of Formula 1 is presented in a precise and impressive way. You should take up to two hours to enjoy the full experience of this exhibition.
The variety of vehicles on display is particularly impressive, including Romain Grosjean’s burnt-down car, which offers an insight into the risks and challenges of the sport. The opportunity to see these iconic vehicles from up close is simply incredible.
What adds to the experience is the audio guide, which provides visitors with additional information and background stories. This makes the tour even more informative and engaging.
Location
Visitors can find the large Formula 1 exhibition in Vienna’s METAStadt – the former industrial site in the 22nd district, which offers space for up to 5,000 visitors with its industrial-urban style. METAStadt features generous, free parking facilities as well as good public transport connections. Exhibition centre address: Dr.-Otto-Neurath-Gasse 3, 1220 Vienna.

When travelling by public transport, you can take tram line 25 or bus line 26A from the U1 station ‘Kagran’ or from the U2 station ‘Hardeggasse’ to the station ‘Erzherzog Karl Straße’. In only 27 minutes you can get to METAStadt from Stephansplatz.
